Hi, I’m Terrie Gillett, a Mobile Notary Public specializing in Estate Planning Documents and Apostilles, proudly serving all of Marin County.

If notarizations feel confusing, you’re in good company—most people feel that way. My job is to guide you through the process, answer your questions, and make sure everything is signed correctly, calmly, and with care.

As a mobile notary, I travel throughout Marin—from Sausalito to Novato, Fairfax, and even the backroads of Nicasio. I’ll meet you at your home, office, coffee shop, or wherever is most convenient (yes, even a goat farm).

Apostilles

If your documents are being used outside the United States, you may need an apostille. Apostilles authenticate notarized documents and vital records for international use and help prevent fraud in cross-border transactions.

I can guide you through the apostille process and help ensure your documents are successfully completed from start to finish.
